Raintree is located just off of NW 16th Avenue, within a five minute drive of downtown Gainesville and The University of Florida. This small subdivision of about eighty homes sits on a landscape of small rolling hills and preserved natural areas. The lots are large. Many of the homes are located on Gainesville’s namesake “Hogtown creek.”

Built in the mid 1980’s by Emmer Development and Rutenberg Homes, the homes are contemporary in style, average from 2,500 to 2,800 square feet and are generally priced from about $290,000 to $400,000.00.
